Never worked and they won’t respond
ripped off from this app
I paid for premium and not once has this app worked - the “support” link is non responsive. I have asked for a refund three times via email without response. I do not believe the app is legit nor are the developers legit. Meaning - criminal. And, I am reporting.

After the app finally stopped crashing my phone I attempted to convert several different documents and they all failed. It was a waste of $9.99

Used it on a simple two column spreadsheet. Using the free version waited over an hour. Result “This sheet could not be converted”.

I snapped a picture of simple table, it said to wait. After about 1.5 hours of a spinning donut, it came back saying it could not be converted. Glad i didn’t buy it!

First of all you have to wait hours for the image to be converted. I took a clear picture of a spreadsheet printout and it said “image couldn’t be converted”. ???
