This App makes getting around Berlin so easy. The functionality is sophisticated- the app suggests your local stop when you only need a single ride and with one click your off. My first purchase I made an error and purchased my ticket too far in advance and the customer service team refunded my ticket with no fuss. Excellent user experience!
