Customer service – MARVEL Strike Force: Squad RPG Review

Customer service is really poor and I would advise you to not use this game and especially not buy any content since they aren’t willing to help you on issues. I won’t drop another dime on this game from their poor customer support. And don’t get me started on the code redemption that I had an issue with. They won’t make things right and all they do is make excuses and blame you. Not great when you’re new and only started about 15 days ago.
