It's de appointment – PSD Viewer - View PSD File Under 20M Review

I've paid U$ 3.99 for an app that suppose to open photos extensions xxxxx.psd or xxxxx.cr2 and do not open any file larger than 20 MB, so what for it?!!! Have this app developer researched that any photographer image.psd or image.cr2 is larger than 20MB?!! What a waste of money!!!
