if I could give ZERO stars i would – Meliá: Book hotels and resorts Review

The app doesn’t work well at all and let me just save you some time and tell you about our trip to Meliá! Our check in experience took over 4 hours to get done. They kept moving us from lobby to lobby while we waited. They tried to scam us for 100$ to “upgrade” and once we upgraded, they told us they had no recollection of us paying the 100$ (which HAD to be paid in cash) then I caught a maid STEALING money from our room, and looking through our personal belongings and the manager did NOTHING about it. We had no maid service for the rest of our trip. Which was a ten day trip. We had to get our own towels, clean the room, get toilet paper and water. They refused to even respond to us about the issues. Extremely unprofessional. Not happy and I would NEVER recommend this resort!!! Be careful of the maids.
