Conflicting results – The Gluten Free Scanner Review

My celiac daughter scanned some Pringles last night on her phone and the app said no Gluten. She ate the chips and is now sick. I scanned with my phone and the same app said it had Gluten. I then picked up her phone to double check and scanned, and green light no Gluten. I’ve lost trust in this app as this seems like a serious flaw. Anyone else experience similar results?
