App not working – The Gluten Free Scanner Review

I loved using this app but for the last month or so I have not been able to get it to work. When it "opens" the screen just stays white and I cannot access the scanner. I have restarted my phone, deleted the app and re-downloaded it and nothing. When I'm with my boyfriend I can use it on his phone (android) but even on his phone the app is very slow to work. Any thoughts?
