False photo acceptance!! – Passport Photo Creator Review

The photo taken using this app said it passed all compliance checks. Photo must be sent to Walgreens to be printed, ($15) which defeats my purpose for getting the app. Nevertheless I sent it to the nearest Walgreens over 30 miles away. Get there the next day to pick it up and the clerk tells me that the photo IS NOT compliant!!!! The clerk advised against using any app for a passport photo because the State Dept has such strict guidelines. Use at your own risk.
