Flex works! – Flex - Smart Watch Fitness Review

I got the free trial and I am hooked. I love the themed classes, the coaches inspire me to try harder every time. Exactly what I needed. I'm trying strength routines I previously would have thought were completely out of my comfort zone. I wish I could set weekly goals though and bookmark workouts I like instead of scrolling through.
