Crashes All The Time (iPhoneX) – Plann: Preview for Instagram Review

When it works (after deleting it and re-downloading it with each use) it’s great. But it crashes upon opening it almost every time. The times it does open - it rarely ever registers that you’re online. It doesn’t pull your content from Instagram. Even on WiFi. Waste of money. Update: The auto-response Plann has built into these reviews recommend to open the app and shake the device. If only the app didn’t crash upon opening. ?
