My World ??‍♀️ – Yoga Studio: Classes and Poses Review

Namaste and thank you for this app ,I use it every morning starting out the day with Rodney Yee morning Sun Salutations and then choosing between Easy poses to Hip Hop ,Mental Health or Flow or Intermediate Yoga gives me 7days without the cost of paying studio prices . I entered the Yoga world in the 70’s and at almost 70 my yoga goal is to keep practicing until, I reach Nirvana . ??
