Beginners Luck – Yoga Studio: Classes and Poses Review

I've always wanted to try yoga but was intimidated to try a class. This has been a great introduction. Even more importantly, it is easy to bring a travel mat and ipad with me on business trips. It really is a nice stress reducer.
