Good, short workouts – 7 Minute Workout + Exercises Review

I love to do these while my son is napping or sleeping. They are quick enough and high impact enough for me, using my own body weight, to just get in a nice fast workout and you can do them a couple of times a day to meet the 20-30 minute workout time. The rest times between exercises are just long enough to give a quick breather before moving into the next exercise and the pictures really help when you’re just getting started if you don’t know how to do a particular exercise.
