Zero customer support!!! – Banggood Global Online Shop Review

I have placed multiple orders ( more than 15 !) Very few arrived in a couple of weeks but the majority of the remaining arrived nearly after 2 months (most of them in damaged wrapping)!!! There is 3 shipments ordered May 6, 2018.... till August 7, 2018 were not delivered (Value $ 450 approximately!!!) I have tried emailing them, chatting, submitting requests... NOTHING!!! The tracking function on their website is just for show. No current information and not even a mention of the “carrier” they shipped with ! Anyway, the customer support never reply on ANY complaints. Never order anything expensive from them!
