Horrible Customer Service – Uber - Request a ride Review

How a business doesn’t have a phone line to speak with their customers is beyond me! I don’t want to go through computers 14 times to finally get answers I need immediately. My account was hacked recently and I’ve lost nearly 200 US Dollars because Uber did not listen to the MULTIPLE attempts at responding to hackers. I am conducting an investigation with my local bank because I haven’t received information back from the company. I will NEVER recommend this company to friends. It’s all a scam. I want to talk to a person. Not a computer screen.
