Level 4 almost 5 account deleted – Jurassic World Alive Review

I was hunting for dinosaurs this morning and within an hour I opened the app and it forgot my account and it said I hadn’t hooked it up but I have it on Game Center and Facebook but it completely wants me to restart. I’m very frustrated with this game at the moment because all my hours of hunting dinosaurs is now gone. Please fix this or contact me to get this figured out! I have my account name as well!
