In app purchases ignored – Hermitage Museum Visitor Guide Review

I am on vacation and desired to use this application to get more out of vacation. An additional $3 to enhance my overall experience seemed worth it. After purchasing and being charged, the app consistently tells me that I am using he free version. I then tell it to restore the purchase and it says it did it, but nothing actually changes. I will be seeking a refund and will never recommend anyone by this trash app.
