Stopped working – Viator: Tours & Attractions Review

My Viator app worked wonderfully for several years then just stopped. When opening, it goes nowhere then closes after about 10 seconds. I’ve reinstalled several times and also installed for the first time on my husbands cell only to have the same experience. HELP???
