Keep getting charged when asked to stop app – Glitch Video Photo 3D Effect.s Review

I downloaded the app to try it out, wasn’t the biggest fan of it. So I decided to try the three free trial, expecting there to be a spot to cancel the subscription. However there was not and I even tried emailing you guys to take me off. Now I keep getting billed and I have emailed you guys now and reported the issue to Apple three times and nothing has happened and I still keep get charged for an app I did not want! I want my money back! I have sent emails to prove I have emailed you guys and I got no response back. Please fix this issue. Thanks
