So when I downloaded this app I was under the impression that I would be able to use its video/photo editing functions free of charge, unless I WANTED to update—that’s not the case. This app has wonderful transitions etc, but a 4 day trial is required in order to even open the app. That’s right! You can’t even use or see what it’s capable of until you agree to the 4 day trial and I believe it’s a subscription of $4.99/mo if I’m not mistaken. Which I understand, this gives you the opportunity to fully utilize the app without unnecessary ads, watermarks and promo BUT it’s definitely misleading in that the app is free to download until you open it. I would have rather paid the $4 for it initially than be tricked into basically thinking purchasing certain features were optional. Just put the price up there instead of misleading people and forcing them into a subscription trial!

I hate to give such a critical review, but I have no leniency when it comes to video editing tools. This app relies on a tactic known as "bait and hook" The company promotes a free app, but won't let you use the app without a 3day "free trial". I use quotes because even the trial isn't free. You have to agree to a yearly subscription that is worded as "*some odd cents* per month" which seems like nothing, until you realize it says "billed as 35.99 per month" which means this app isn't free, nor is it only a few cents a month. This app is charging the average price of video editing software YEARLY for what is essentially one function that most video editing software uses. No video software of any kind has any justification to charge a subscription rate. You can get higher quality, cleaner, more expansive, and more diverse software for only a few dollars more in a one time payment than this product charges you at a yearly rate. I understand some people are lured into the fact that the software exists on your phone and may be easier to access. But as far as pros and cons go, it's comparing McDonald's to a fine dining restaurant, only the fine dining restaurant is cheaper in this case. If you like the app and it's just a hobby to pass the time, good on you. But if you're planning on using this for any kind of professional editing, this app would be a bad investment. Again, I am a professional video editor, so believe me when I say, "This. Price. Is. Nonsensical."

I downloaded the app to try it out, wasn’t the biggest fan of it. So I decided to try the three free trial, expecting there to be a spot to cancel the subscription. However there was not and I even tried emailing you guys to take me off. Now I keep getting billed and I have emailed you guys now and reported the issue to Apple three times and nothing has happened and I still keep get charged for an app I did not want! I want my money back! I have sent emails to prove I have emailed you guys and I got no response back. Please fix this issue. Thanks

So I love filter apps and I want one for gifs too, so this seemed really great at first. So I downloaded and opened the app and it let me select a picture as these sort of things do. I accepted to proceed and it brought me to a subscription screen. I thought maybe I had some something wrong so I closed and reopened the app three times before realizing you have to give them your info for a trial and then pay a pretty penny to so much as use the app. It’s total BS because it says “removes ads” when in reality there are and never were such thing on this crappy excuse for an app. You cannot use the app without paying so I’m just deleting it. I wouldn’t doubt it’s a quality editor but I’m not sticking with developers of an app that scummy.

This is such an amazing app but when I tried a 3 day trail it billed me $38. It said it was a “free” trail. I really liked the app, they just need to aware their costumers.

I bought this app and it claimed to be free, I never even used it but kept it on my phone. It charged me $10.80 seven times even though I never even used or clicked on anything in it. DO NOT download. It takes money every month.

HOW TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

Here is how you cancel the subscription for the three day free trial. Go on Apple support ( Apple.com ) and search up in the tool bar “App Store” scroll down through the results u til you come across “get help with an item purchased in the App Store.” Then click on the link and click on the blue hyper link in the first paragraph “manage your in app subscriptions” then just scroll down and press the blue rectangle that says “manage your subscriptions” and that’ll take you to your list of subscriptions, and you’ll be able to click on your subscription to this app and press cancel subscription at the very bottom. I hope this helped anyone struggling from the same dilemma that I did when I made the mistake of clicking on the free trial. To anyone who hasn’t already, DO NOT TAKE THE 3 DAY TRIAL OR EVEN BOTHER WASTING UR TIME AND MONEY DOWNLOADING THIS APP. THANK ME LATER
