Great for the reclusive yogi – Yoga Studio: Classes and Poses Review

I love yoga and enjoy the benefits it provides my old body. I do not want to go to a yoga studio with a bunch of other people to sweat and groan with them. I far prefer practicing in the privacy of my one home. This app has everything I need as an intermediate yogi.
