Hope for Fitness – Sweat: Fitness App For Women Review

I was diagnosed with Asthma almost a year ago and it took a toll on me drastically. I normally would go on runs with my dog, by the beach, and did high intensity workouts like soccer and Zumba. In other words, it was tuff to adjust. This fitness program has provided me with hope to workout again. In addition, I use to weight lift and went to the gym, but that became hard, because of the new tolls of work. Using the APP has given me the opportunity to come home and select a program that fits my life. I don’t always have the necessary equipment to complete at home, but I check the equipment needed and find alternatives at home. For example, I need a medicine ball. Since, I don’t have a medicine ball I use a bottle water and add water to it. I use a chair as a bench, etc. Overall, I’m glad to have found this program to help me get back in shape.
