Excellent app for progression – Strong Workout Tracker Gym Log Review
Strong is amazingly simple and easy to use but very powerful. The most useful thing for me is tracking my weights and reps from workout to workout. I used to forget the weight/reps from days before and my progression would be erratic. Also love the rest timer. Set custom rest timers and it dings in your headphones and vibrates when it’s time for the next set.
