Glitchy and greedy – Amazon Prime Video Review

I love watching all the stuff I love on Amazon and having prime is really nice, but I’m becoming really annoyed with some of the things Amazon is doing. For example, Amazon makes watching shows so much more complicated by breaking them up. I love doctor who, but when I first started watching it some things didn’t make sense, and some episodes referenced things that I didn’t get. I found out it was because amazon had pulled out the most important episodes and stuck them into their own collections just for the specials so that people without prime have to pay extra for episodes they already paid for! They also did this without letting people know so they have to go through seasons of the show completely confused before realizing they missed out on all the important points because amazon wants more money. Luckily, because I had prime, I didn’t have to pay extra for the episodes but I missed out on a lot of the show before I finally realized what amazon had done. And even then, I still had no idea what order to watch those episodes in because I didn’t know if some of them were in the beginning, middle, or end of a season, or even what seasons some of them were in! I have to keep a list of the episode order on my phone when I watch it. There is also a glitch that only occurs at the end of The Good Place episodes. 2 mins before the episode is supposed to end, it skips to the next episode. I have to go back onto the episode I was watching and skip to the end, close enough to the end that I miss the point where the glitch happened(otherwise it would just do it again) but not so close to the end that I miss anything, just to see what happens at the end.
