Awful customer service – Oportun - Save, borrow, budget Review

When dealing with your money, you want a responsive team. I have waited 3 days and still no response from them. I understand waiting a business day, but three? They only have email as a link of contact, you can’t even message them on Facebook or twitter. They have no phone number to call, live chat, etc. I’m a very understanding person, however waiting days on end when you’re trusting a company with your money is just completely unreasonable. I love the concept, dislike the company. Would recommend looking elsewhere for a more reliable service! Hopefully get my $340 back that’s stuck in this app because no one will help me figure it out. Update: they helped resolve the issue. There is room for improvement. However, I think they do strive to resolve issues as soon as they are capable even if it isn’t what is ideal. Early businesses deserve opportunities to improve which is why I improved my review from a 1 to a 4 star.
