Used to like it, now it is buggy – Oportun - Save, borrow, budget Review

I used to like this app. Now I am not able to sign I to my account. Every time I try to sign in, they tell me my phone number is associated with an account... duh! That’s my account. They keep taking money out of my account and now I have no way to access it. I am very disappointed. I tried going online and cancelling the service, but the website kept showing up as insecure. This is a terrible app.
