Useless and terrible customer service – Kool Replay App Review

I did a zip line in Canada and set the app up. It was all set up correctly, the “green check mark” was lit up and ready to go. I NEVER received my video even though others in my group did. I waited the 2 hours and then tried to communicate every possible way with the company to try getting my video. THEY NEVER RESPONDED IN ANYWAY. THIS APP AND THE COMPANY IS USELESS AND A GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT.
