Horrible decision to make people download an app when a webpage would have worked – Nowait Guest Review

If the link that restaurants send customers is a webpage that literally says the words “we know it’s annoying to have to download an app just to see your place in line“, then maybe instead of doing the annoying thing you should just do the thing that people actually want which is to let them do it on the webpage instead.
