App won’t work in store – H-E-B Review

So I used to LOVE my app to shop. About a month ago the app started refusing to load MY LIST while I am physically in the store(despite being connected to the store’s customer WIFI). I deleted and reinstalled the app a couple of times, but with the same results. It doesn’t do any good to be able to create a list at home and not be able to access it while in shopping.
