It does part of its job – GoPlug - Power Mobility Review

This app is suppose to track your GoPlug power bank with GPS and it doesn’t, it’s a pain to connect to Bluetooth but you can turn on your power bank and choose witch ports are on and set a schedule so you can have it turn on this time on this day and turn off at this time or when battery reaches a certain percentage. All in all it sort of does what you want but not everything it says it does
