Where is the $10.00 I paid for gold bars I paid for? – Blossom Blast Saga Review

The game I have played for years and love. Last week after trying again and again to clear a hard level, I bought some gold bars for the first time. When I got back on the next day, the screen was white and the music was playing but no game or bars! Where is my gold bars? Phyllis
