Beware - Broken app

The app has been broken for months. Impossible to contact customer service “ oops server error”. Purchase don’t work and Apple team had to intervene for a refund.
Too many glitches

I love playing the game but at least 70% of the time it freezes and unfreezes in an unending frustrating non pattern. I usually wait to play when I find a glitch free period, which is not easy to do. Why can’t they make this game freeze free?

The app keeps freezing on me! It also keeps telling me my purchase was denied, problem with that is I am not trying to purchase anything. I am getting really irritated with the app!

I love this game and have been playing it for years. Lately with each new update they haven been taking bonus prizes away making it less enjoyable. I just finished playing and the elf thing offered me an empty prize to claim! Smh hope they get it together.

I used to love playing this game as it was challenging & I could re-play levels to get 3 stars, now, with wild cards, IT IS COMPLETE AND UTTER GARBAGE!!!! BRING BACK THE OLD ROADMAP FORMAT!!!!
