Fantastic! But... – dotpict Review

I must say, this is one of the best drawing apps I could find. However, things like layers, the ability to input images, and maybe choosing your own pallet would make it better. To magnify the ask of “own pallet” I mean, manually creating one, or choosing an image to take color from. That would make this app skyrocket from great to magnificent!
