Customer service – Bloomingdale's: Designer Style Review

I had the best experience with customer service over the phone a while back - it was the very first time I purchased something online from Bloomingdales . Unfortunately I had to return the item. I called customer service and the lady was incredibly nice, helpful, efficient - the entire process of sending back, being refunded was almost enjoyable. Now I have the app on my phone and I love to check out what’s new at Bloomingdales ?
