Bloomingdales truly is the greatest store in the world ! In person or on line , I always have a stellar shopping experience that includes fabulous perks, great discounts, prompt shipping or pick up and wonderful selection. My go to store for everything. I’ll always be a Bloomies girl !

Why is that when I am looking through the search results, by the time I reach the bottom where the page is loading, the entire thing jumps back up to the very top of the page? It’s so annoying having to scroll back down every time. Because of this I’m tempted to just delete the app and use the website instead. Other than this it’s an okay app, except for the fact that I can’t pay for my items using my CC for some reason.

I love shopping at Bloomingdales and the app makes that easier on the go, but there is some room for improvement with this app. There are not as many filtering options as other stores/apps which makes me need to scroll through a little longer to get through the options. Also, the share-by-text feature doesn’t automatically show a preview image in iMessages, which is inconvenient when I’m sharing items with friends. Other than that it’s a good app and a great store with nicely curated high quality clothing!!

I had the best experience with customer service over the phone a while back - it was the very first time I purchased something online from Bloomingdales . Unfortunately I had to return the item. I called customer service and the lady was incredibly nice, helpful, efficient - the entire process of sending back, being refunded was almost enjoyable. Now I have the app on my phone and I love to check out what’s new at Bloomingdales ?

Not user friendly. Despite putting in loyalist number it doesn’t recognize name or address and you need to fill out personal details multiple times on the way to checkout.
