Update: Waited a week to be able to chat, played 1 game & was instantly banned from chatting as soon as I used the supplied Bingo emoji & was banned again. Pay no attention to the developers response below. They do not respond to the inquiries. Don’t bother with this game. It’s aggravating & rarely anyone plays. You’ll be banned for 72 hours (more like 4-7 days) if you chat or have a screen name they disagree with. You end up having to buy chips, coins & boosters to play. Customer Support is non-existent & does not reply to emails. You can’t add friends to the game to send/collect gifts from. There are no tournaments. There are way better bingo games to play than this one.
