I really don’t like playing with Avitars.....Please consider returning to true Profile Pictures of your players. Those that desire to be anonymous should utilize the avatar option, but should NOT be mandatory. I like the personal feel of seeing the REAL folks I am playing beside. Also, please add collection pieces to more than ONE card....it takes FOREVER to complete a room....just gets tiresome.

I will try to make a long story short. I just started playing Bingo and only play one card because I am partially paralyzed. I have been playing this game for several months and finally completed the Tropical Island card. I was blocked many times but was able to go into my lobby and click to get the coins I had earned to continue instead of buying coins which is what they were constantly pushing for! I should not have to pay to pay to play a game that I already paid for! I moved on to a new card and was only “allowed” to play two games before they blocked me! I went to my lobby just like I had before, but this time I was not able to play again for nineteen hours! I got on after waiting and was then only able to play I think five games before I was blocked again for an additional nineteen hours! I called Amazon after the first block and the Supervisor told me to email them for help because they had no right to block me or to try to charge customers to pay to play a game that they have already paid for! She read all of the other reviews while on with me! Now they are considering removing the game from Amazon completely! I am supposed to contact their department back as soon as I hear back from them, but unfortunately I have had no response to my email in four days! I sure hope that they do something so that the game will not be removed!

There are not a lot of opportunities to obtain chips, money to buy power ups, or power ups themselves. I usually have to wait several days to get to play so I can save up enough bingo chips and then never get ahead far enough to even get any power ups. They do have videos to watch to get power ups, but it’s only enough for a round. Unless you want to spend your own money to play, which I don’t, then I’d suggest finding another bingo game. Not really impressed...

I’ve been playing this game for a while, I’m up to level 131. The game rips you off by cheating you out of your last bingo. All of the other bingo games I play give you a minute at the end to collect your last bingo. Not this game, you get a dialog box that says, “Oops, someone pressed the button too soon”, most times I don’t even touch it and it comes up! This game has gotten too big and too bloated to be any fun. I’m only sticking around to finish up all my collections, and then I’m deleting it.
