Customer Service ?? – Diner Dash Review

I watched and completed the requirements SEVERAL offers and NEVER received any rewards. I reached out to the customer services reps who were initially helpful even though it felt like they were asking one too many questions. After submitting everything required, the reps I spoke to,John Patrick and Charles Kevin, said I would be receiving my rewards in the next few hours... that was three days ago. This was the second waiting period as I had already waited one week. Once I showed them a picture to prove that I hadn’t received any rewards they didn’t even bother responding. Nice.
