Like the idea but often better to just call ahead – Supercuts Hair Salon Check-in Review

If you have multiple supercuts near you then the estimated wait time can give you a rough idea of how crowded the store is. Beyond that, the app is often more annoying than helpful. It kills me how often I will check in via the app, find myself #1 or 2 on the list only to look up and now see I'm number 5. I've had multiple employees tell me its better to call ahead than to count on the app.
