Cancellation fee – Lyft Review

This is effin retarded. If you order a line for a specific time, more than enough of time you still are forced to pay 5 dollars whether or not they are on time, and if they do feel like you should be refunded then they’ll force you to spend it on their app again. Horrible and absolutely ridiculous, it’s been multiple times and nothing has changed. Someone with money please sue these guys for what they’re doing and please make sure you guys include me in this because I have spent so much money because of this.
