UNRELIABLE & CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS NO ANSWER TO MY QUESTIONS. – Venmo Review

I haven’t been able to add a debit card to my account for a few months now so I finally opted to adding a bank account. I thought it was my bank that was holding my card back but I called and they pretty much said they were good on their end. Asking customer service for Venmo is like talking to a wall. They are not helpful whatsoever. I use to love Venmo for its consistency and easy to use but how can I use this app when I CAN’T EVEN ADD A DEBIT CARD. I thought canceling my account and creating a new one would help but no- NOW I CAN’T use my phone number because it’s linked to an account that I recently cancelled and also CAN’T add a checking account because it’s ALSO linked to the cancelled account. Until Venmo actually takes it time to figure these problems out, it will be a one star from me. If 0 stars were possible, that’s what it would be right now. Just one disappointed and frustrated user.
