Not printing my photos off of my phone? – Zip Printer Review

I’ve disconnected, reconnected, restarted both devices and it’s just not working . I know for a fact it’s hooked up via Bluetooth & that my blue goth works ( as it takes to the device and others as well ). But what I’m not understanding is why my photos aren’t being sent to the camera, why they aren’t being printed , and why it’s not correcting itself . I have a IPhone 7 Plus and the Snap touch camera.... I literally just got it yesterday . - helppp
