Poor quality app and substandard customer service – Acorn TV: Watch British Series Review

One of the most user unfriendly and poorly designed apps I have seen. I had a service issue with the streaming site and was very displeased with the lack of customer service and assistance. It took multiple emails and calls initiated by me to not resolve the issue. I can’t say I would recommend the service, but the programming is top shelf.
