Big let down – Inkly: Personalised Greetings Cards, Postcards, Flowers and Gifts Review

The worst customer service ever! I ordered Father’s Day cards which arrived ridiculously late to their locations. I messaged the “auto bot” esque customer service to let them know about the experience. The representative took over a week to respond and still did not fix the issue or offer any solace that this is an isolated issue. Instead this “Vicky” kept blaming either the postal service or an “unconfirmed” mailing address. The addresses used in this order are saved and had been utilized in other orders. I kept trying to relay that the issue lies with the print que. The cards simply did not get printed until past the should arrive by dates. Cmon inkly, let’s fix the issue and train customer service reps to better handle issues.
