Don’t buy the credits!!!

I’ve absolutely loved using Inkly but I bought $75 in credits in order to receive a “discount”. Now I got an email saying that my credits are expiring in four weeks “due to a restructure” and they can’t do a refund of it. This is ridiculous. I can’t spend the rest of my $59 in remaining credits with $2 postcards, just to use them up. When you purchase something, the company shouldn’t get to just decide to keep your money because they restructured. This has to be illegal.

0 stars. I absolutely love this app but I purchased an $80 credit on there recently and just got an email saying that it has to be used by the end of the month or I will lose my money because they change the terms and conditions. BE WARNED!!

I love this app in general and the concept is great. I bought a big credit and I’ve been trying to send out a bunch of personalized cards. The app hasn’t been working at all on my phone nor my husband’s phone for the last two days. As a side note, when it was working previously, none of the addresses we included were recognized as real addresses. Please fix these issues as soon as possible! I’d love to start using the app again asap. Thank you!

This app is amazing. I have been using it for YEARS now! I use it for every holiday, and it never fails! It is simple to use, inexpensive, and allows me to send a creative and personal card to anyone.

The worst customer service ever! I ordered Father’s Day cards which arrived ridiculously late to their locations. I messaged the “auto bot” esque customer service to let them know about the experience. The representative took over a week to respond and still did not fix the issue or offer any solace that this is an isolated issue. Instead this “Vicky” kept blaming either the postal service or an “unconfirmed” mailing address. The addresses used in this order are saved and had been utilized in other orders. I kept trying to relay that the issue lies with the print que. The cards simply did not get printed until past the should arrive by dates. Cmon inkly, let’s fix the issue and train customer service reps to better handle issues.

I've used Inkly for some time. Number one, it's THE choice for a refined and 'classy' presentation - the results, flowers, and gifts. Tasteful all around, whether playful or somber, there's a touch of quality that adds something extra cool - gifts too. Stylish and elegant undercurrent. Most greeting card apps - I've looked at them all - have absolutely ridiculous, cartoon, unattractive, amateur, crap to choose from. I enjoy using the app, it's a satisfying experience every time. The cards I've seen that I've sent are incredibly high quality print on heavyweight, glossy, card stock. I'm always surprised when I see them, so lovely, and they stand out from other cards on the mantel. The printed message looks elegant too. (I've used several other better card apps - I've been embarrased by other results, shocked because they look like premade, generic, poorly printed, cheap junk mail.) Gift selection is not extensive (good) but it has a broad range of excellent, refined and fun and both, choices and prices - including flowers. Gifts men and women. They're not droll cute or quaint crap grandma stuff. Great man-gifts. Highly personalized results. Flexible and user-friendly. Intuitive and very easy to use. Unique photo templates. There's lots of options to create your card. Including using your own hand writing or fonts that look like long hand. Really gives the card a personal, clearly non-generic, experience for the recipient. But looks professionally done. Never 'homemade' or awkward. Primo selection. I choose from the great (real) fine art and photo art selections for the card front and add a personal photo inside. The results are sharp and vibrant true to the original art work, frame worthy. They add info about the artwork inside the card which is very cool, super classy touch, and a big reason I use Inkly. It's MUCH more satisfying to share art with the info about it. Inkly is my go to correspondence and print app. I love using it and the results so much that I go to the app just because I want to create and share something special. Even pick out a little gift or flowers for no reason. I write to people far more often than I send a special occasion card. So I write a lot of content, a "letter" rather than a card. You only get one page to write on with Inkly but you can reduce the font and fit quite a bit on that page. However, if I do need more surface area or page sides to write on, I have to go to a different app. Suggestion: minor by would be excellent...ability to add text under the inside photo or without the photo. Why? to write a caption for the inside image, to add a text quote, or just use more space to write. Thanks for a fantastic app experience, products, and service! And for the prices. Cheers!

Great Cards

Have used it to send two cards so far. Both came out very well and where high quality! I was able to ship them to Canada as well. A couple or recommendations. The app needs to be updated as the keyboard is a little funky. I also wish the logo on the back of the card was a little more discrete as well. Lastly, I wish there were more ways to change the picture on the inside of the card (increase size and position).

I sent multiple cards already to my beloved ones living away... some cards have been lost during the shipping process, but the staff are so considerate and willing to give me credits in replacement that I felt the need to give this app a 5-star anyway! I will continue using Inkly’s service :-)
