Horrible when flight canceled – Fly Delta Review

My flight was canceled this morning. I was routed WAY out of the way to get to my destination. The wait to speak to a representative was over 2 hours! I tried to rebook using the app and was unsuccessful for 45 minutes. It was very unsatisfactory. The app provides no information about how to rebook a canceled and rebooked flight. Thankfully I got the call back before the rebooked flight departed (since I was not at the airport).
Review by it shouldn't be this siddo on Fly Delta.
