Loved it but annoying now – Bitmoji Review

All of a sudden, bitmoji is tripping out my keyboard. First, it took 3-4 tries to get the bitmoji keyboard to stay (starting from within text screen) Now each time i open text bitmoji flashes open & close as keyboard until i switch back to English keyboard manually. Idk if this makes sense. But I’ve TURNED OFF BITMOJI until this problem can be repaired! HELP
