Signed a one year lease here Iin January 18. Lease stayed the all new appliances would be working and installed by two weeks after the start of the lease. They were not. The house was already filled with termites. Three of the four bedrooms have carpet and padding that is over 10 years old. House has great bones, but seriously lack full disclosure in living here
