UPDATE – DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse Review

Update (7 days after using the app) I never review apps, but felt the need to do so and warn others. I now understand why people rated this app poorly. I ordered 4 items on the app (one was a free item with a purchase of $39+). After a week of no updates on my order, I emailed and called to receive an update. Via email I was told 2 of my 4 items were cancelled. When I called I was told all my items were cancelled with the exception of the free item! And not to mention, all the items I ordered still show up as in stock items online and on the app. I’m very disappointed! I will not be using this app again. ************************************ This app is much easier to navigate than their website. I love the new updates app. Will use again!
