App fine but delivery not so great – DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse Review

This is my 2nd online purchase & I am hoping I get the right shoes this time. I received a pair of shoes that were not even close to what I ordered and 3 sizes to small. I don’t even know if I can return them since my invoice shows that I purchased an entirely different pair of shoes and I have emailed dsw and have not heard back. The other pair looked worn and dirty. In store experience has been great though.
